www.windhorsepublications.com/satipatthana-%20meditation-audio/     this website is an audio site with guided meditations to practice the entire Satipatthana Sutta.  Bhikkhu Analayo has also written a wonderful detailed exploration of the Sutta as well as a written guide to go along with the meditations.  This is not light reading, but I cannot reccomend it high enough,

Being with Dying - Roshi Joan Halifax. Roshi Joan is a force of nature, if you are not familiar with her do yourself a favor and change that. This book is an unflinching look at death and dying and how to walk through it. There is a CD version where she reads it and guides meditations and a print version. Both are wonderful  www.amazon.com/Being-Dying-Cultivating-Compassion-Fearlessness/dp/1590307186
